2. Purpose
Data provided through this website's contact channels is processed solely to handle enquiries and requests relating to architecture services.
3. Legal basis
The data subject's consent when providing their contact details and, where applicable, the performance of a future professional engagement.
4. Retention
Data is retained for as long as a relationship or mutual interest exists and, subsequently, for the periods required by law.
5. Recipients
No data is shared with third parties, except where legally required. The following act as data processors under a contract compliant with Article 28 GDPR: the website hosting and forms provider (Netlify, Inc.) and the email delivery provider (Brevo, Sendinblue SAS, based in the European Union). Netlify may process data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to gregorio_agis@coag.es, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations.
7. Client-area needs questionnaire
Data processed: the information the client provides in the questionnaire: identification and contact details, owners and location of the works, characteristics of the property or plot, household composition and lifestyle, design preferences, budget and timing.
Purpose: to understand your needs in order to prepare the design and fee proposal and, where applicable, to carry out the commission.
Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, if the commission goes ahead, performance of the contract.
Retention: if no commission is agreed, 12 months from receipt; if it is, for the duration of the professional relationship and the statutory liability periods.
Other people and health data: if you provide information about other members of your household, you must have informed them beforehand. The questionnaire does not ask for health data and we ask you not to include any; accessibility needs can be stated in general terms, without reference to diagnoses.
Storage: while you fill it in, your answers are stored only on your device. When you submit it, it is emailed to the studio and a backup copy is kept in the website's forms service.
