The work usually begins with a diagnosis of the building's actual condition - damp, settlement, the state of the structure - which shapes every decision that follows. Accessibility is treated as part of the same process: removing barriers, lifts, ramps or adapted bathrooms and entrances, in both single-family homes and multi-unit buildings.
How we work
We start with an inspection of the building and, where necessary, test pits or checks to establish the real condition of walls, floors and roof before designing. That diagnosis defines the intervention strategy - what is kept, what is reinforced and what is replaced - and informs the project, which integrates energy improvements and accessibility in line with the Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE) as part of a single constructive solution, not as separate add-ons. On listed buildings or in protected areas, the intervention also follows Galicia's cultural heritage regulations and is coordinated with the relevant heritage authorities.
