This service covers the range of technical documents an individual, a community of owners or a small business may need on a one-off basis: certifying a dwelling's energy performance, assessing a building's state of conservation, documenting a construction pathology or valuing a property for expert purposes. Each report follows a different procedure and format, but shares the same approach: a direct site inspection, technical analysis and a clear document with justified conclusions, filed with the relevant authority where required.
How we work
The engagement begins with an inspection visit to the property and the collection of available documentation - drawings, permits, installations. From there we carry out the relevant technical analysis: calculating the energy rating, reviewing the building's structural condition, or studying the pathology identified. The Energy Performance Certificate is processed under the basic certification procedure set out in Real Decreto 390/2021, and every report is delivered with its conclusions clearly justified.
